Ordering Processing Times:
Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Please allow for additional time to receive your order during the holiday seasons. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please email sales@humblethreads.org for assistance.
Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must remain unworn/unwashed with the tags still attached. Please return items with the provided shipping label to the address provided below. Custom orders cannot be be returned or exchanged.

Please note:
- After the first exchange of a product, the exchange will be final and items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable.
- Returning for a refund:
- The refund will be issued onto the credit or debit card used to place the order. Please allow for 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Only the value of the items returned will be refunded the initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Returning an item you received as a gift:
- Store credit will be issued, please include note in the return box that the item was received as a gift.
- We recommend that all returns be sent with a shipping label that includes tracking. We do not assume responsibility for packages shipped that are lost in transit.
