📦 Order Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, there might be slight delays.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. If you suspect your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@humblethreads.org, and we'll be happy to assist you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Include the provided shipping label and send the item to:

Important Notes:

  • First Exchange: After one exchange, the item becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or further exchange.
  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift Returns: If returning a gifted item, please include a note indicating it's a gift return. We'll issue store credit accordingly.

Shipping Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Humble Threads is not responsible for items lost in transit.
